Wichelstowe Trinity Learning Campus has the most amazing facilities that can be hired out. We have a Sport England specification sports hall and floodlit all weather pitch, as well as other sporting and non-sporting facilities.
The Deanery Theatre which is state-of-the-art, holds an audience capacity of over 430 (tiered seating) and additional spaces for wheelchairs. The Deanery Theatre can also convert into a hall, we simply push the tiered seating against the back wall and this create a superb space for Dances, Balls, Conferences, Presentation events, Wedding receptions, (this list is endless). Todate, we have held theatre shows by local Performing Arts Companies, Wilkes Academy of Performing Arts, Southampton Youth Concert, The Rock Choir, Christmas Panto organised by Thames Water. In 2019 and 2023 we had BBC Question Time with presenter Fiona Bruce. Not only do we offer facilities for regular hirers, but we have the most wonderful theatre for hire too. It has a capacity audience of 432 plus 5 spaces for wheelchairs, super facilities for audience to wait prior to event and free on-site parking. Why not get in contact and we can discuss your event with you, give you a tour of our facilities and talk you through what technical support we can offer with regards to lighting and sound for your event.

We had a fantastic time at The Deanery, the facilities are excellent, the Lettings team were very accommodating and helpful and liaising with them was seamless. It feels like a genuine partnership and it makes a massive difference to us being based at a location where we are made to feel welcome as this enables us to focus all of our attention into providing an outstanding experience for our campers. Nick Taylor, Co-Founder Headstart Skillz
"I just wanted to say a massive "THANK YOU" to all at The Deanery for hosting The Prospect Starlight Walk 2024. The event has raised almost £150k in donations and has broken every record for an event in our 44 years history. I had so many comments from people saying that the location was better than previous venues and the Fundraising Team said that the Lettings staff were so helpful and went above and beyond.
Please do not forget that your kind support is make a difference to the lives of others in our community.
Thank you from Jeremy Lune, Chief Executive

A special mention to the Lettings Team at The Deanery Theatre who have once again provided a welcoming and professional environment for our students to work in.
Many thanks to the Lettings Team for all your help with the booking and support at the actual event with Adam Frost. Everybody is very pleased with how the event went and I am sure that we will be returning when we book another gardening celebrity. Chris Cossey, Secretary of the Gardening Club
Thank you for letting us return and the visit was yet another great experience. The spaces you offered were very good and you certainly read the brief well. The catering was excellent. Danielle Lloyd, Head of Production, Question Time
I would like to thank you and your team for hosting us. You made everyone feel very welcome and did everything possible to make our day a success. Nothing was too much trouble and, every request was met with a smile and a positive response. As you know, most of the crew have worked at the Deanery in the past and, when it was announced that we were coming back, we were all happy about the decision. This is a great venue for us to work at. The get-in and get-out are very easy, there is ample parking for technical vehicles and, lots of in-house power. The theatre is the perfect size for our needs and, as stated above, we are always very well looked after by the staff. Peter J Walker (BSc. Hons, MSc.), Senior Unit Manger, Broadcast Project Manager
