CELEBRATION OF IMPRESSIVE GCSE RESULTS 21st August 2025

Staff and students celebrated their best ever Grade 5 and above GCSE results in English and Maths. 

The number of students achieving Grade 4 or above in English and Maths, also increased dramatically to 71% - a 25% increase year on year and well above National Average.

This year’s results are a significant improvement on last year with 50% of students achieving a Grade 5 or above in English and Maths, a 17% increase.

Absence Reporting

If your child is going to be absent, please send a message via the absence section on the MyEd app, before 8.30am if possible and state the following: 

  • Your child's name 
  • Your child's tutor group
  • Nature of absence/illness

It is essential that you notify us everyday your child is off sick. This is to keep attendance records accurate and to ensure your child's safety.
